The breakfast offered a lot of excellent meals. The room was new-fashioned, moreover en suite with a bathroom. The hotel had a very central location by bus from the train station.

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel because the location was marvellous and amazing short walk to national transport as well as all restaurants and bars. The breakfast was great and there was a wide array of food to choose from.

The location here is fantastic, just steps away from a bus stop and the place feels warm and cosy with a private bathroom.

The room was beautiful, with a lovely bedroom and a well-stocked mini bar. The staff were absolutely lovely and did everything to ensure a great stay.- The hotel's location was very close to the castle, train station, and the sights of Nottingham.

The room and ensuite were clean and well presented. the complimentary tea and coffee in the room were a nice touch. the location of the property was convenient, close to the city center and easily accessible.

The check-in process was disorganized and inconvenient, with no reception and having to inform the lodge of arrival time. the lack of WiFi was disappointing, especially when it was advertised on the hotel's website.

Great location for Arena gig, clean room, plenty of car parks nearby, friendly and responsive staff, excellent facilities, comfy bed.

The room was nice and clean, and the shower worked very well. the DVD player in the room was a nice feature and it worked fine.

The hotel didn't feel like a traditional hotel and the reception was always unmanned. There was noise from a club nearby on Saturday nights, which could be disturbing.
